Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed, paid enrollments (Desk Review Pass, Close Room Seat, or Documentation Studio) invoiced by Code Workflow. Informational price listings on the website are not charges.

Timeframe

Full refund: Request in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date (or scheduled studio workshop date) and before accessing downloadable template packs issued for that enrollment.

Partial refund (50%): Request between 13 and 7 days before start, if fewer than two live sessions have been attended and template packs have not been downloaded.

Requests inside 7 days of start, or after attending two or more sessions, are generally not eligible except as noted under Exceptions.

Conditions

• The enrollment must be paid and identifiable by invoice number.
• Seat transfers to a colleague at the same organization are preferred over refunds when requested 7+ days before start (no fee).
• Self-paced Desk Review Pass refunds require that fewer than one feedback cycle has been consumed.

Non-refundable items

• Custom materials produced for a Documentation Studio after kickoff.
• Third-party venue or travel costs you booked separately.
• Completed one-off consulting hours outside cohort tuition.

Refund process

Email info@code-workflow.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.

Cancellation by Code Workflow

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for a full or credit-based remedy outside the standard windows, evaluated case by case. Consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available.
